Only good thing about the hotel is its location. It is near IIT Roorkee. Now listen to all bad things I felt here. The receptionist here is rude and unbothered about things happening around. When I asked him about lift he said it is working but it was not and we had senior citizen with us and we were alltoted room on 4th floor. Our bathroom light was also not working. We gave the service boy some money only then he started cleaning and listened to our queries

Advantages are : 1) nice location located opposite to bus stand 2) Located near IIT Roorkee 3) Budget hotel However the rooms are not upto the mark and service is quite slow but considering the prices one may go for it

This is perhaps the first hotel that one will see after getting out of Bus stand. Despite being a low budget hotel it is well maintained. Rooms are spacious and clean and staff is highly cooperative. Need to improve their services but food was good.

I booked this hotel for my brother when i was studying at IIT roorkee. Close to the college and opposite to the bus stop, it offers you descent rooms at reasonable prices. food is also good but the hotel needs to train their staff for improving their services

The location is in close proximity of the inter state bus stand. Quite approachable, accessible, mootable. Large size room. Hot water in washroom, toilitaries provided. Good size washroom, with shower. The front office, room boys, F&B staff very courteous. Complementary breakfast was served in the room-quite hot and good quantity. A pleasure for the family to feel like home. The Property has large open space for safe parking, a big plus. enough to stage a mini cricket match...we watched the tiny tots play a freidnly match My family could watch our vehicle through the window.
